At Foxbody Depot, we work hard to ship your parts quickly, safely, and accurately. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Custom, oversized, or specialty items may require additional processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Freight carriers (for large or heavy items)

The carrier and service level are selected based on package size, weight, and destination.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Oversized or heavy auto parts (engines, transmissions, body panels, suspension components, etc.) may incur additional shipping or freight charges.

  • If additional shipping is required, we will contact you for approval before shipping.


Freight & Oversized Items

Some items require freight shipping due to size or weight.

  • Freight shipments are typically curbside delivery only

  • A valid phone number is required for freight scheduling

  • Residential delivery, liftgate service, or inside delivery may incur additional fees


Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional shipping charges

  • International shipping may be available on select items—please contact us prior to ordering


Handling Used & Vintage Auto Parts

Many of our parts are used, vintage, or refurbished and may show normal wear consistent with age and use. All items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

  • Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Foxbody Depot is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier once the package is in transit, but we will assist with claims whenever possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.


Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Local pickup may be available for select items. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability and scheduling.
